1. Acceptance

By using ringsizeai.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms apply to every page, the on-screen sizer, the size charts and the printable ring sizer.

2. What the site is

ringsizeai.com is a free reference and measurement tool. It calculates a ring size from a measurement you take against a calibrated on-screen scale, and converts between the US, UK, EU/ISO, Indian and Japanese sizing systems.

We do not sell, manufacture, resize, appraise or ship jewellery, and we are not affiliated with any jeweller or retailer whose sizing may be mentioned on the site.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

A screen-based sizer depends on your calibration being correct, on browser zoom being at 100%, and on the printable sizer being printed at actual size with scaling switched off. Fingers also change size with temperature, time of day, exercise, weight, pregnancy, medication and age. A result should be treated as a close estimate — typically within a quarter to a half size — and not as a guaranteed fit.

For a permanent or expensive purchase, confirm the size with a jeweller using a steel mandrel or a metal sizer set before ordering. Some settings — tungsten, ceramic, and full eternity bands — cannot be resized at all.

4. Not professional advice

Content on the site is general information about ring sizing. It is not professional gemmological, retail, medical or legal advice, and nothing on the site creates a professional relationship between you and us. Persistent swelling, numbness or a ring that will not come off is a matter for a doctor or a jeweller, not a web page.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal and commercial ring sizing, including sizing customers in a shop. You may print the printable sizer as many times as you need and hand copies to customers.

You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to breach or probe its security, misrepresent the site as your own product, or remove attribution from material you republish. Automated bulk copying of the charts for republication is not permitted.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, graphics and the presentation of the charts on ringsizeai.com are ours and are protected by copyright. The underlying sizing standards and the physical measurements themselves are facts and are not claimed by us.

You may quote short extracts with a visible credit and a link to the page quoted. Reproducing whole pages, or the chart tables in bulk, requires written permission — ask at contact@ringsizeai.com.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including the cost of a ring that does not fit, resizing fees, return shipping, a missed occasion, or a ring that cannot be resized.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the sizer and the charts, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this page changes when they do, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
