A size or conversion looks wrong
Tell us the page, the size you entered and the size you expected. Conversion errors are fixed first, because every other page reads from the same table.
The sizer will not calibrate
Send your device, browser and what you calibrated against — a bank card, a ruler or a coin. Zoom level and browser extensions are the usual causes.
Accessibility problem
Screen-reader, contrast or keyboard issues are treated as bugs, not requests. Describe what you were trying to do and where it broke.
Privacy request
The site stores nothing on a server, so there is usually nothing to delete — but ask anyway and we will confirm in writing.
Before writing about a size that looks off, it is worth re-readinghow to measure ring size at home — browser zoom, a warm hand and the wrong finger account for most surprises.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell, make, resize or ship rings, and we cannot advise on an order placed with a jeweller — including whether a particular setting can be resized. For that, contact the seller. We also cannot confirm a finger size remotely; the measurement has to be taken on the finger the ring is for.
Anything you email us is handled as described in theprivacy policy: we keep the message only as long as it takes to answer it and any follow-up, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
